Florist

If you want to surprise someone, we have a florist service available for you. Check at Reception for the options we offer.

Wheelchair, baby strollers... rental

We understand the importance of comfort and accessibility for our guests. If you need to rent a wheelchair, baby stroller or similar equipment, please don't hesitate to let us know and we'll offer you different options and prices according to your preferences. This service has an additional cost and is arranged at the hotel Reception.

Medical service

Your well-being is our priority. If you need medical attention during your stay, we can arrange a consultation with local doctors and clinics. Don't hesitate to contact Reception and we'll be happy to assist you.

Safety deposit box

For your peace of mind and convenience, the rooms have a safe, located in the wardrobe. For rentals, please contact Reception on extension 99.

Laundry

Reception will provide you with a bag for you to put your clothes in. Return the bag to Reception before 15:00 h and we will return it to you clean the next day before 18:00 h. (except on Sundays and public holidays). Remember that this service has an extra charge.

Excursions and transfers

Our Reception staff is at your service 24 hours a day to help and guide you in everything you need: from general information about the destination to car hire and excursion bookings. You can find them at the hotel entrance or by calling extension 99 from your room.

Telephone

To call another room, dial the room number directly. If you wish to make an outside call, you must ask Reception to open the line by means of a prepaid system. Once the prepayment has been made, from your room you must dial (0) to obtain the outside line and dial the telephone number you wish to call.

Room upgrade

If you wish to enhance your vacation experience, inquire at Reception about availability and pricing for superior rooms, pool view rooms, or sea view rooms and extra packages.

No smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or in the hotel's common areas.

Car, motorcycle and bicycle rental

If you wish to explore the area or the island of Mallorca on your own, we offer car, motorcycle and bicycle rental services. You can request this service at Reception, where our staff will advise you about available options and prices.

Adapted menus

We understand that each person has individual dietary needs. Therefore, we offer adapted menus for guests with special requirements, such as gluten-free diets for celiacs or lactose-free diets. Our culinary team is trained to meet all these needs and provide you with an exceptional dining experience. If you have any allergies or specific requirements, please contact our restaurant maître d' so we can prepare dishes specially suited for you.

Payment methods

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. You can pay with credit or debit cards, as well as cash in the local currency (euros). At Reception and in the Restaurant we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Wake-up service

If you would like us to wake you up at a specific time, you can request this service by calling extension 99 from your room.

Reception

Our Reception staff is available 24 hours a day to assist and guide you with whatever you need: from general destination information to car rentals and excursion bookings. You can find them at the hotel entrance or by calling extension 99 from your room.

Amenities service

Thinking of your comfort, we have prepared a selection of additional amenities that may be useful during your stay. These amenities include personal hygiene and bathroom items that you can request at Reception if needed.

In-room credit service

For added convenience, we offer an in-room credit service. This allows you to charge additional expenses, such as restaurant services or minibar consumption, directly to your room. On your departure day, you can pay all accumulated charges. To use this service, you must provide a credit card as a guarantee.

Crib service

All reservations made with a baby under two years old include a free crib in the room throughout the stay. Upon arrival, you'll find the crib ready so the baby can rest comfortably. The crib service is free of charge.

Extra blanket service

If you need an extra blanket to ensure maximum comfort during the night, don't hesitate to request it from our Reception staff. We provide extra blankets free of charge for guests.

Cold breakfast and dinner

For late arrivals or early departures, we offer cold breakfast and dinner service so you can enjoy your Half Board when the regular schedule doesn't match your travel plans. For this service, please contact Reception to specify when you need it and if you want it in your room.

Shoe cleaning kit

If you need to clean your shoes, we have a cleaning kit available that you can request at Reception.

Check-in and check-out

Room check-in, depending on availability, is at 2:00 PM. On your departure day, you must vacate the room before 12:00 PM so we can prepare it for new guests. If you wish for a late check-out, inquire at Reception about availability and price.

Room cleaning

Rooms are cleaned daily, between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm.

Luggage storage and service

Our staff will be happy to assist you with luggage transportation. Upon arrival, we'll be ready to store your luggage and take it to your room. Similarly, on your departure day, we offer luggage collection service to ensure your check-out goes smoothly. If you require this service, please contact us at Reception.

Towel change

If you would like us to change your towels, simply place them on the bathroom floor and our housekeeping staff will replace them with fresh towels during the daily service.

Pillow

We offer you the option to change or request an extra pillow. Please go to Reception and let us know what type of pillow you need.

Complimentary water

We value your comfort and well-being. That's why we provide complimentary bottled water in your room to ensure you stay hydrated during your stay.

Free Wifi

When you arrive at the hotel, you will be given a ticket at the reception desk with the wifi password. Once you have confirmed the password and your e-mail address, you will have free internet access throughout the hotel.

Luggage storage

On the day of departure, you can leave your luggage at Reception free of charge until you leave the hotel.

Pool towels

You can collect pool towels at Reception by means of a deposit system (10€ per towel). The service hours, both for collecting and changing towels, are from 09:00 to 18:00 hours.

Internet computer

We have a computer with internet available for you to use during your stay. Ask at Reception if you need it.
